- Le più diffuse e innovative metodologie per misurare, valutare e confrontare le performance delle aziende idriche, considerando i risultati economici, sociali ed ambientali
- La gestione sostenibile dell’acqua e le politiche per il risparmio idrico in Europa

The Module is articulated into 5 units:

- European legislation on water issues, its evolution in the last twenty years and future developments
- European water utilities: Ownership structures, board composition and their impacts on performances
- The most used and the most innovative methodologies to measure, assess and compare performances of water utilities considering economic, social and environmental results
- Sustainable water management and water utilities’ conservation policies in Europe
